1.   Schedule an appointment to meet with Father to go over all your information 6 weeks prior to the expected birth of the child.  The date of the baptism will be within two weeks of the birth of the child.

2.   Obtain a “Sponsor Certificate” for any Godparent who is not a parishioner of Queen of the Holy Rosary Parish.  This is to ascertain whether the proposed Godparent is a Catholic in good standing and can meet the requirements for being a Godparent.

3.   Submit all of the required paper work to the Parish Office within one week of the expected birth of the child.

4.   It is customary to give Father a stole fee.
