1.   The child to receive the sacrament of Confirmation must be at least 11 years old at the time the sacrament is received.  Confirmation of adults will in accordance with Diocesan policy.

2.   Supply required documentation (current baptismal certificate, name of sponsors, confirmation name, etc.) 6 months prior to receiving the sacrament.

3.   Attend Parish Preparation classes.

4.   Pass a written test and be interviewed by Pastor or his delegate.
