Matrimony

1.   Contact the Parish six (6) months prior the expected date of the wedding and complete all required paperwork and supply required documentation to include suitability of the Best Man and Maid of Honor.

2.   Receive individual marriage preparation instruction from the Pastor or his delegate.

3.   The dress code of the Parish will be strictly enforced both for the rehearsal and wedding.  Which is:

     No shorts (men or women)

No sun-dresses or the like (i.e., dresses with no sleeves,  spaghetti straps, strapless, etc.)

No mini-skirts (skirts should extend at least 5 to 6 inches below the knee so that when sitting the skirt does not come up above the knee but covers the knee completely:  mid-calf is an appropriate length for all women including young girls)

No slit-skirts or dresses with the slit above the knee

No halters or revealing attire, i.e., revealing midriff, cleavage (all blouses should have the top button buttoned), etc.

No tight fitting attire, including tight fitting jeans, slacks, blouses), etc.

4.   Make your own arrangements with the Parish Organist and choir.  However, music to be played and choral selections must be approved, in advance, by the Pastor.  The Parish Office will supply you with the names of the Parish Organist and choir members.

5.   Floral arrangements will be coordinated with the Pastor.

6.   No flower petals, rice, confetti either inside or outside of the Church.  You are responsible for cleanup of all decorations to include the removal and disposal of the isle runner, if you use one.
