The Sacrament of Extreme Unction and Care of the Sick
1. Family member/friend. etc. should inform Father immediately, day or night, should someone you know require the administration of this sacrament.
2. Surgery (where general anaesthesia is used), serious illness, emergency, etc. are reasons to contact the Priest.
3. Inform Father if the person is able to receive the Most Blessed Sacrament.
4. Inform Father if a person is homebound or otherwise unable to attend Mass so that the person can be put on the monthly (1st Wednesday) Communion Call List.
